The Company was established for the purpose of development, construction, ownership and operation of Dudhkoshi Storage Hydroelectric Project. There is provision of 5 members in the Board of the Directors (BoD), currently BoD constitutes following three members:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Chairman- Managing Director, NEA<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"color: initial;\">Member- Deputy Managing Director, Finance Directorate, NEA<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Member- Deputy Managing Director, Planning, Monitoring and Information Technology Directorate, NEA<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/dkjvcl.org.np\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/Project-Layout-4.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-169\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About the Project<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Located in the Dudhkoshi River basin, this project features a <strong>reservoir-based hydropower system<\/strong> that ensures a reliable and consistent energy supply.
